Cornish artist Richard Blowey was born in 1947. He studied at the Plymouth School of Art in Devon. Blowey spent time working as a Fisherman as well as on farms in Cornwall. As an artist he has become very familiar with the Cornish landscape, coastal areas and seascapes. He now lives and paints near Penzance in West Cornwall.
