A fine Original Oil Painting of St Ives in Cornwall by Richard Blowey.
Richard Blowey was born in 1947. He studied at the Plymouth School of Art. Blowey spent time working as a Fisherman as well as on farms in Cornwall. As an artist he has become very familiar with the Cornish landscape and coastal areas. Today he lives near Penzance in West Cornwall.
