He has received many awards for his work which generally depict the life, landscape, activity, light and colour of the beautiful part of the country in which he lives.
The watercolour titled ‘ The Baby ‘ defines an intimate moment between mother and baby. The mother is sitting in the warming light coming through the sash window. Details in the picture such as the heart shape on the material just below the baby add to the vibrancy of the painting.
Signed to the lower left.
Approximately 24 1/2" by 19" including the frame, the painting is approximately 17" by 12 1/4".
